Cancellation and refunds: paid services are provided to business clients under individual written agreements. Cancellation, refunds, and withdrawal of subscription (청약철회) follow the applicable agreement and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. A client may request cancellation or a refund of unused, prepaid fees by emailing ash@stabled.ai; an eligible refund is returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.
